Refund policy

This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy is established in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, and applicable regulations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

At ARVIONE, we take pride in delivering high-quality Pistachio Cream products with care and attention. Customer satisfaction and food safety are important to us.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all ARVIONE purchases made through:

  • iamarvione.com

  • Social media orders

  • Authorized resellers

  • Physical retail outlets

2. Eligible Return, Exchange & Refund Requests

Customers may request a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund for products that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrectly delivered

  • Expired upon receipt

  • Contaminated or unsafe for consumption

Under Philippine consumer law, “No Return, No Exchange” policies do not apply to defective products.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, ARVIONE Pistachio Cream products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preference

  • Incorrect order made by the customer

  • Opened or consumed products without quality issues

  • Improper storage or mishandling after delivery

  • Requests made beyond the allowable reporting period

Sale, promotional, discounted, clearance, and limited-offer items are also non-refundable unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For food safety reasons, customers are generally not required to physically return food products unless specifically requested by ARVIONE.

4. Reporting Period

Customers must report concerns within:

  • 24 hours from receipt for damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect items

  • 7 calendar days from receipt for hidden manufacturing defects or spoilage concerns

Requests submitted beyond these periods may no longer qualify for replacement or refund unless otherwise required by law.

5. Requirements for Claims

To process a request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the concern

  • Expiration date and batch number (if applicable)

  • Unboxing videos when available

6. Resolution Options

If a claim is validated, ARVIONE may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Store credit

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 3–5 business days for online payments, bank transfers, and e-wallets

Actual posting times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

If you have not received your refund:

8. Food Safety & Storage Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for properly handling and storing ARVIONE Pistachio Cream products according to packaging instructions.

ARVIONE shall not be liable for spoilage or product damage caused by:

  • Exposure to excessive heat or sunlight

  • Improper refrigeration or storage

  • Mishandling after delivery

  • Delayed receipt caused by the customer

9. Limitation of Liability

ARVIONE reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims prior to approval.

Fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or suspicious claims may be denied in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or diminishes consumer rights provided under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and other applicable laws.
